- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after shipping)
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 days after shipping)
- Shipping Areas: Worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing our Standard Shipping option.
Our Easy Returns Process
Not completely stoked with your purchase? No worries! We’ve made returns simple so you can get what really works for you.
Return Basics:
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, with original tags and packaging
- Refund Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address (Philadelphia, PA)
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with all original tags and packaging. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
Return Shipping Notes:
- Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Custom-shaped surfboards (Fish & Hybrids, Longboards, Funboards)
- Wetsuits (Full Wetsuits, Junior Wetsuits, Mens Wetsuits) if the hygiene seal is broken
- Opened Lycras or Bikinis
- Used Bodyboards
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Process
When Will I Get My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days for processing
- Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to how you paid
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem!
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We’ll cover one-way shipping for size exchanges on apparel
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
- Exchange processing: 1-2 business days after return approval
Damaged or Wrong Items?
If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll send a prepaid return label and rush your replacement
