  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Unused, with original tags and packaging
  • Non-Returnable: Custom boards, used wetsuits, and opened hygiene-sensitive items
  • Refund Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Send us an email at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you want to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (Philadelphia, PA)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with all original tags and packaging. Include the return authorization number inside the package.

Return Shipping:

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Process

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days for processing
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds go back to how you paid
  • Exchange Processing: 1-2 business days after return approval

Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Custom-shaped surfboards (Fish & Hybrids, Longboards, Funboards)
  • Wetsuits (Full Wetsuits, Junior Wetsuits, Mens Wetsuits) if the hygiene seal is broken
  • Opened Lycras or Bikinis
  • Used Bodyboards

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem!

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll cover one-way shipping for size exchanges on apparel
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your gear arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We’ll send a prepaid return label and rush your replacement
